Relationships – whether they are romantic or not – are complicated. Two unique and different individuals come together and connect. It is also how two (or more) people interact with each other.

That is the approach I use in my relationship coaching sessions. In these sessions, I help you to see how you contribute to what is happening in your relationship.

  • How to increase your self-image and self-worth.

  • To cultivate self-love and nurture it to become unconditional and all-encompassing.


Through taking accountability and learning and practicing self-love, you will become less dependent on others to fill those needs. This will leave you free to enjoy each interaction for what it is – instead of what it can give you.
